So, how exactly does The Reboot work?

This page will breakdown the whole process; from what to eat, how to prepare it, and other tips and suggestions for a successful Reboot!


What can I eat?

Raw, organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds; food that is “alive”. See The Science of The Reboot for more info!

There are no restrictions on how much raw food you can eat. Eat when you are hungry, stop eating when you are full. This will give you an opportunity to take time to connect and listen to your body.

What are my restrictions?

  • Cooked and processed foods

  • Refined sugars

  • Alcohol

  • Caffeine

  • Smoking

  • Red meat

WHAT CAN I GET AWAY WITH EATING IN MODERATION?

  • Raw sauerkraut

  • Raw pickles

  • Vinegars

  • Raw fish (if you desire)

REBOOT PROTOCOL

Week 1: Raw Foods - enjoy eating whole, raw foods (including raw fish if you so desire)

Week 2: Raw Blended Meals - ALL food consumed this week will be blended in a blender

Week 3: Raw Juices - ALL food consumed this week will be juiced in a juicer (or strained of all pulp after blending)

Rules of the Cleanse

  • Stay positive! Especially on group chat. We are all in this together, so show each other nothing but love and support.

  • Use each other as support. Join the chat room on Telegram to connect with others when times get difficult, we’re here to help with the process.

  • Ask questions. There’s lots to learn from everyone!

Helpful Tips

  • Stay hydrated!!

    • Drink at least 16 oz of purified/filtered water as soon as you wake up in the morning. This will give your internal organs and digestive system a great jump-start

    • Add pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt to your water to help with “withdrawal” symptoms (or make a batch of lemonade) and boost your electrolyte intake.

  • Be ready for withdrawals

    • Withdrawal symptoms may include headaches, hunger changes, mood changes

    • Possible leg cramps, low energy, brain fog, stomach issues, irregular bowel movements

  • 3 Day Rule

    • If you can make it past the first 3 days of each week, you will make it through the whole week!

  • Ween off of the caffeine early

    • If you are a regular caffeine drinker, start weening yourself off of caffeine a week before the Reboot.  This will help alleviate the ‘withdrawal’ symptoms that you may experience. See the PreBoot Page for tips.

If you don’t have them already, we recommend that you pick up a couple kitchen appliances for the Reboot:

  • a blender

  • a juicer

  • a spiralizer and/or a julienne slicer

  • a mandoline

  • a dehydrator (not absolutely necessary)

Get your hands on some raw food cook books! We highly recommend Going Raw and Raw and Simple by Judita Wignall

Try to eat all organic food! This isn’t absolutely necessary, but if you can find and afford all organic produce, you will gain the most benefit from The Reboot.

Again, this is not a DIET designed to help you lose weight! That's just a side benefit that many have had while on the Reboot. It is our hope that because you are going to directly see and experience how incredible you will feel by eating whole foods and cleansing your system, the changes you are going to experience during and after the Reboot may become a part of an over-all, long-term lifestyle change!!
